1. General Agreement

By submitting this form or placing an order with Phresh Press, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all custom orders, digital products, and dropshipping items.

2. Custom Orders

* All custom orders must be approved by the client before production begins.
* Once approval is given, Phresh Press is not responsible for errors (spelling, design placement, colors, etc.).
* Turnaround times begin after final approval and payment confirmation.

3. Digital Products

* All digital products (design files, mockups, branding assets, etc.) are non-refundable.
* Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped.
* Files are for personal or business use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed without permission.
* Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

 4. Dropshipping Products

* Dropshipping items are fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers.
* Product availability, quality, and shipping times may vary depending on the supplier.
* Phresh Press is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, or carriers.
* If there is an issue with your order, we will work with the supplier to resolve it, but resolution times may vary.

5. Shipping & Delivery Expectations

* Estimated shipping times are provided but are not guaranteed.
* Delays may occur due to:

  Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  Weather conditions
  Holidays or high order volume
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
* Phresh Press is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds

* Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a proven defect or error on our part.
* Digital products are non-refundable under all circumstances.
* Dropshipping items may be eligible for replacement depending on supplier policies.

 7. Communication

* It is the customer’s responsibility to respond promptly to design proofs and communication.
* Delays in communication may result in extended turnaround times.

 8. Limitation of Liability

Phresh Press is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
